Lagos, December 2022- Kippa, the fast-growing fintech start-up offering digital business and financial management solutions for African SMEs, today announces that experienced management consultant and strategy manager Omowunmi Adenuga-Taiwo has joined Kippa as Director of Strategy & Operations.

She brings to the company a wealth of experience from global consulting firms, Accenture and Deloitte where she served as a management consultant and strategy consulting manager respectively.

Her experience also spans helping companies lead business transformation and key strategic initiatives with stints at Sigma Pensions Ltd and Sygen Pharmaceuticals Limited in programme management and strategy roles.

Omowunmi Adenuga-Taiwo’s hire comes at a significant time with Kippa announcing an $8.4 million raise in September 2022. Her role will be integral to the delivery of Kippa's ambitious growth plans to expand its offerings across products and geographical locations.

As Director of Strategy & Operations, she will oversee Kippa's business operations across its entire portfolio, people operations, customer experience and the overall strategy behind the company's growth. She will also provide leadership across cross-functional teams enabling them to deploy solutions that support the growth of Kippa's merchants.
